This section will discuss a variety of ways you can best utilize Blood Pressure Optimizer™ for maximum benefits and results.

If you are a first time user of Blood Pressure Optimizer™, you should first start off at a very low dose the first 2-3 days, simply to see how your body reacts. What is a "little" for some people, may be a lot for others and vice/versa.

Start low, test only 1 or 2 capsules at a time and if you feel fine, then go ahead and begin using the higher recommended dosages found below, so you can see and feel the maximum benefits.

When trying any new supplement for the first time, you should always FIRST try a lower dosage to see how your body reacts.

  • "General" Recommended Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 3 pills daily with a meal. Ideally it would be best to spread the dosage throughout the day and thus, 1 pill, 3x daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

It's important to make sure you take Blood Pressure Optimizer™ daily and not miss any days. This will help avoid fluctuations and keep your blood pressure more stable.

NOTE: If you're currently taking blood pressure medication, digoxin or other glycosides (digitalis), or are pregnant or lactating, consult a health care professional before taking this or similar products. Keep out of reach of children.

  • Cycle Option "A" - Advanced "Very High" Blood Pressure

Like everything in life, each of us are very different. What is "too much" for one person, my be "too little" for another. Some people may require "more" food or nutrients to sustain our body type and weight, while others may just get fat.

If your genetics dictate a naturally high or "above average" blood pressure level, then you may want to use a higher dosage of Blood Pressure Optimizer™ to help achieve the results you are looking for.

Similar to a prescription drug that comes in different milligram strengths, you may also require a higher dose of Blood Pressure Optimizer™.

For example, one of my uncles only needs 2 pills of Blood Pressure Optimizer™ daily, while my other uncle (his younger brother) requires 5 daily. He is younger, weighs less and eats better too. However, it's just their genetics and nobody can predict the outcome or results.

If you aren't pleased with your blood pressure levels after using Blood Pressure Optimizer™ for 2-3 months.... And/Or you need to improve your blood pressure levels even further, then you should consider using the following "advanced", higher dosage:

Two (2) pills, 2-3 daily with food for a total of 4-6 pills daily.

Do not take all the pills at once, unless you miss a dose. Again, it's best to spread it out through the day.

Remember, it's important to make sure you take Blood Pressure Optimizer™ daily and not miss any days. This will help avoid fluctuations and keep your blood pressure more stable.

Once you have achieved your goal with improved Blood Pressure levels, you may consider going back to a lower dosage of 3 pills daily.

  • Cycle Option "B" - Maintaining Healthy Blood Pressure

If you have a family history of high cholesterol or high blood pressure, heart attacks, strokes or clogged arteries, you may want to start using Blood Pressure Optimizer™ daily, similar to a multi-vitamin to help potentially avoid future problems and help maintain the health and strength of your heart, arteries and general sense of well being.

This is exactly what I do, to help avoid future problems. I simply take 1 capsule, twice daily. Again, always with a big glass of water, right before I eat a meal. Usually morning and night times are good.

  • I'm currently on a blood pressure lowering drug and I want to stop using it, how?

Many people who contact us want to go the "natural" way and not use drugs because of the numerous negative side-effects. So they utilize Blood Pressure Optimizer™ because it's herbal and doesn't have the drug side-effects.

Legally, ethically and morally we cannot tell you to stop using your drug and you should always speak to you doctor first, before making any changes to your current medications and dosages.

Even more so with hypertension drugs, you should never abruptly stop them because it could cause a massive spike in your blood pressure (called a "negative rebound effect").

Additionally, there are over half a dozen different types of BP medications (over 75+ different brands) and each one works differently to lower blood pressure.

So the bottom line is that you shouldn't stop any medication abruptly and lowering the dosage should be done slowly and gradually!

    What Other People Have Done

Over the years we've had hundreds and thousands of people report back to us the success they've had by using Blood Pressure Optimizer™ instead of their prescription drug or in addition to, while lowering the dosage of their drug.

Either way, the end result is less drugs and negative side-effects. And many people have done so with the assistance of their doctor.

Again, what's important is that it must be done slowly and gradually!

With that said, here's what other users have reported back to us, who were currently taking prescription drugs and wanted to utilize Blood Pressure Optimizer™.

    1. Start using Blood Pressure Optimizer slowly (do NOT stop taking your medication).
      Week 1 = 1 capsule daily
Week 2 = 2 capsules daily (1 in morning and 1 in afternoon)

At this point, you are close to the daily recommended dosage for Blood Pressure Optimizer™, which is 3 pills daily.

You don't want to take the full dosage, since you're already taking your prescription medication as well.

You don't want to lower your blood pressure too much, too quickly with the addition of Blood Pressure Optimizer™!
    2. Slowly lower your prescription drug (but do NOT get off)
Depending on your dosage and duration of usage, you'll should slowly lower your medication dosage.

The higher the dose, the longer the duration of use, the more time needed to lower the dosage.

For example, if you are taking 40 mgs of "Drug X" daily for 10 years (high dose, many years), then you'll need to take a 3-6 months to SLOWLY lower the the dose.

Versus if you've been on 10 mgs of the same drug for only 3 months (low dose, short time), then you can probably just get off quicker.

So, it's very difficult to give specific advice here because there are so many different hypertension drugs and genetic factors.

Needless to say, slowly lower the dosage over the next few weeks, but don't get off completely.

Lower the dose to about HALF and then check your blood pressure to see how things are. If your numbers are good, then take another 3 months and cycle OFF the drug.

NOTE: The slower you lower your drug dosage, the better and safer it is.

    WARNING: "Rebound" Effect

One reason you don't want to just get off a drug completely or too quickly, is because these drugs are "addictive" to the body and will cause a negative "rebound" effect.

This means that if you get off these drugs, your blood pressure levels will SHOOT UP to super high levels and this can be very dangerous.

Using Blood Pressure Optimizer™ will help, but it can only do so much. That's why we've emphasized to "slowly" lower your dosage.

What other users have reported back to us is that they have slowly add in Blood Pressure Optimizer™ during the first 6-8 week time span and then slowly lowered their blood pressure drug dosage, but did NOT get off completely.

Continue to check your blood pressure often and if the numbers are good, then you may consider getting off the drugs completely.

Of course, you should always consult with your doctor about all of this, so you can stay healthy and have proper blood work done throughout.

It's best to work with your doctor, so you can find a healthy, long-term solution utilizing natural options.
